Evidence suggests there are 5 steps we can all take to improve our mental wellbeing. If you give them a try, you may feel happier and more positive.
CPSL Mind's full-day and half-day training offers a solid introduction for managers on the skills and knowledge they need to create a mentally healthy workplace. They also provide Mental Health First Aid, resilience and suicide intervention training.
