In this video from the Be Well Collective, integrative psychotherapist Helen-Jane Ridgeway shares her insights into how to remain within our "window of tolerance".
Integrative psychotherapist Helen-Jane Ridgeway defines your “window of tolerance” as where we feel like we’re operating at our best. However, life and work pressures can cause us to move outside of this window, potentially resulting in poor mental health and wellbeing.
