This is an example of a document Unilever produced for their employees who attended a workshop, with ideas and suggestions for activities through the year.
It offers advice on managing your own mental health in order to set a good example, talking about wellbeing in a supportive environment, and embedding wellbeing ‘rituals’ into the normal work day.
