See Me in Work Programme

Organisation: See Me

Web page

The See Me in Work Programme is a four-step process to support organisations in Scotland in becoming a See Me Partner in Work. This programme is designed to be an easy and practical way that organisations can show their commitment to tackling mental health stigma and discrimination in the workplace.

The four steps are:

  1. Sign up and get involved
  2. Engage and make a commitment
  3. Transform your practice
  4. Perform and enhance

Each step has a link to more information about what you can do and checklists to help you stay on track with your progress. At stage 2, you will be invited to complete a short survey about your organisation and a mental health check for staff. Following these, you’ll be sent a report with feedback, highlighting the attitudes of staff, areas your organisation is doing well in and where it can improve. Levels 3 and 4 are for checking on progress, celebrating achievements and committing to improvements.
