Mind's Infoline provides information on a range of topics, including types of mental health problems and where to get help. Making colleagues aware of it is an easy way to support them.


One really easy (and highly recommended) way to support staff and colleagues’ mental health is simply to make sure they’re aware of the range of support and services already available to them, inside and outside of your organisation.

Mind’s Infoline is a telephone line that provides information on a range of topics, including:

  • types of mental health problems
  • where to get help
  • medication and alternative treatments
  • advocacy
