Neurodiversity workplace consultants Kelly and Hester explain why they set up their own small business, and what other small firms could learn from their mental health journey.

There are lots of reasons why you might choose to start your own business. For Kelly and Hester, their passion for improving the working lives of neurodiverse people let them to found their consultancy Perfectly Autistic.

We brought Kelly and Hester to Mental Health at Work’s HQ to ask them about the highs and lows of running their own business, and find out how they look after their own mental wellbeing when times get tough.
