Care workers have a difficult job at the best of times – but, during the coronavirus outbreak, it has become even harder. You might be worried about service users getting sick, using new cleaning methods or personal protective equipment (PPE), or managing the concerns of your friends and family who are worried about your health. All of this is additional pressure on your mental health in an already stressful time.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has released some guidance to help care workers and other key workers to manage their mental wellbeing. This article from trade magazine Home Care Insight breaks down the key information for care workers, including all the relevant tips and advice for your profession.
