As part of Our Frontline, Shout provides a free 24/7 text support service for social care and NHS staff who are working on the frontlines fighting COVID-19. Text FRONTLINE to 85258 to talk by text with a trained crisis volunteer.


Shout is the UK’s free 24/7 crisis text line. They provide a dedicated support service to help health and social care staff look after their own mental health and welllbeing as they work on the frontlines fighting COVID-19.

Simply text FRONTLINE to 85258 to talk by text with one of their trained crisis volunteers. The service is available any time, to all UK staff working in health or social care, and is free of charge on all major mobile networks.
