This website aims to provide businesses in the West of England with mental health and wellbeing e-learning and resources.
Almost every industry in the UK has been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Many people have experienced being on furlough for the first time, or have faced changes in how and where they work. This can have a toll on your mental wellbeing, causing an increase in your stress and anxiety levels.
The West of England Combined Authority, plus the four local authorities in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Bath & North East Somerset and businesses in the region, have developed the Thrive at Work West of England programme in response. This website aims to provide local businesses with mental health and wellbeing e-learning and resources. It includes links to helpful organisations, advice on psychological first aid, and a full resource library for managers, owners and staff.
The e-learning was developed with Mind, the mental health charity, and is free for managers from organisations with less than 250 members of staff in the West of England.
