Organisation: See Me

Web page

See Me have developed this free, easy to use e-learning, suitable for managers and staff, as part of their See Me in Work programme.

Stigma awareness training is crucial in helping line managers to recognise when their employees may be experiencing poor mental health. This e-learning course focuses on stigma and discrimination, and how this can impact people in the workplace.

The training uses scenarios and real life experiences to help you put things into context. You’ll learn about rights, recruitment, returning to work and much more. By the end of the training, you should feel confident in responding effectively to staff who may be showing signs of poor mental health.

This web page gives you all the information you need to start the training, including how to register (for free), the structure of the course and FAQs.
