Remploy's Workplace Mental Health Support Service is free, confidential and available to employees with mental health issues affecting their work. This site tells you how and why to access it, along with promotional posters and videos.

This service is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions through Access to WorkAccess to WorkAccess to Work is a publicly funded employment support programme in England, Wales and Scotland that aims to help more disabled people start or stay in work. It can provide practical and financial support for people who have a disability...Find out more, so is free of charge and available to anyone who is in permanent or temporary employment and have a mental health condition (diagnosed or undiagnosed) that has resulted in workplace absence, or is causing difficulties to remain in work.

Remploy’s advisors provide:

  • tailored work-focused mental health support for six months
  • help with suitable coping strategies
  • a support plan to help an employee stay in or return to work
  • ideas for workplace adjustments to help them fulfil their role
  • practical advice to support those with a mental health condition.

This website introduces the service, with information about how to access it and examples of how it has helped people. There are also downloadable posters and leaflets aimed at both employers and employees to help raise awareness that the service is available.
