The COVID-19 crisis has affected everybody differently. Some of us have lost loved ones, faced huge changes in our work and personal lives, or are feeling anxious about what the future holds. For front line workers, this pressure has been even more extreme, potentially leaving you feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or just in need of someone to listen to you.
If you’d like to talk to someone about what you’re going through, Hospice UK have created a free phone line for frontline workers, staffed by Just B. It is available 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, and is confidential, so you can talk about what’s on your mind.
The trained staff and counsellors can help you with:
The service is responsive to faith, individuality, culture and community – including providing a Tagalog speaking therapist service to support the large numbers of NHS and social care staff from the Philippines.
