Beat’s eating disorder helpline

If you or someone you know is experiencing an eating disorder, it can be hard to know where to turn for help. You might, for example, have concerns about a colleague at work, but you’re not sure how to discuss it with them in a calm and respectful way. Or, you might be affected yourself, and would like support and help on recovery.

Beat, an eating disorders charity, provides a helpline offering support and information about eating disorders. It’s free to call from all phones, and open 365 days a year from 9am–8pm during the week, and 4pm–8pm on weekends and bank holidays.

You can call on 0808 801 0677.

There is also an email and one-to-one chat service available if you would prefer to message someone rather than speak.
