Redcar & Cleveland Mind

Redcar & Cleveland Mind is an independent local charity, part of the Mind network, who have been delivering mental health services and training across Redcar and Cleveland since 1991. They offer a range of services, including:

  • Person-centred assessment and support to help with recovery from mental illness, including support with social interaction, confidence building, preparation for work or training, and practical support
  • A community café, open five days a week and used by all sorts of initiatives and community groups
  • Seven tenancies for clients with a mental health need or vulnerability
  • Well4Work, their workplace mental health training support programme, including a wide range of courses and tailored packages for local employers.
