Mental Health at Work has partnered with Simply Business to support the UK’s self-employed with their mental health and wellbeing. Together we surveyed more than 700 small business owners to understand their challenges. Now we want to start a conversation and break the stigma surrounding mental health at work.
Sometimes, a little pressure can help us achieve our work goals. However, if you’re under too much pressure for too long, you might find yourself experiencing stress, which causes your productivity to fall.
This video, which was produced by Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing training team, explores the link between pressure and stress in the form of a helpful graph. It also includes some tips on what to do if you’re worried you or your colleagues are starting to experience too much stress.
