Mid and North East Essex Mind

Mid and North East Essex Mind is a local, independent charity, part of the national Mind network, offering support, counselling, training and other activities around mental health and wellbeing. They work with both children and adults, and cover the Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon and Tendring districts.
