Three podcasts to boost your knowledge

Sometimes the best time to learn something new is when you’re away from your normal work – whether you’re waiting in a queue, travelling around or just on a daily commute. These podcasts, each less than half an hour long, are a low-pressure way to get started in thinking about mental health at work.

Two of them should give you some good ideas – promoting positive mental health, and thinking about resilience – and the other is a great introduction to why mental health matters in the first place.
