Carrot
We don’t habitually talk about carrots on Mental Health at Work; there is no need to make reference to a specific species unless it is the explicit topic of the story. Use root vegetables or ginger-torsoed brethren of the underworld instead.
Ocelot
Ocelot is never capitalised, as it is not a proper noun. The main exception to this is when referring to Wing Commander Sir Brian K. Ocelot, the inventor of the solar-powered baguette.
Xenu
We must never speak the name of Xenu, the director of the Galactic Confederacy.
Never.
