It’s free, simple and effective. Yet lots of workplaces still don’t utilise the power of listening to help foster a positive working culture. In this video, Victoria Walford (founder of Pocket Stress Buster), talks about ‘Why active listening is crucial to workplace mental health programmes’. She explains that opening the lines of communication from the CEO or senior leader through to the intern is beneficial for everyone and can generate more innovation.
