Suffolk Mind’s approach to workplace wellbeing is based on their Emotional Needs & Resources model. The approach enables employers to create a culture and environment that supports people to thrive and prevents mental ill-health from occurring in the first place. As well as working with you on a one-to-one consultancy basis, they offer a range of training programmes:

  • Sleep Well, Work Well
  • Effective communications with distressed people
  • Equality, diversion and inclusion
  • Supporting staff mental health for managers
  • CARES (Crisis, Advice and Recovery – Advanced Support)

They also work with organisations on an ongoing basis: conducting regular emotional needs audits, training for senior staff and ongoing support for managers by email or telephone.
