If you’re having a particularly tough week, and lots of things are building up, if can be difficult to cope. This simple activity from YoungMinds encourages you to take a moment to think about, and write down, the things you do to get through those difficult times. Focusing on those things can remind you to prioritise them.
It’s a printable PDF that staff can easily fill in, as a way to start thinking about their own mental health and how they deal with issues they face. It’s an activity that YoungMinds use a lot as part of their school training, and there’s a short video demonstrating it:
