Wellbeing is a lot more than yoga and snacks. Factors like these can certainly be important, but there is a lot more that organisations can do to encourage positive wellbeing in every sense of the word: financial, physical and psychological.
When it comes to psychological wellbeing, a lot of initiatives are focused on addressing problems, or simply helping the people who are currently experiencing mental ill health. However, positive psychology is about empowering all people to flourish and thrive, by tapping intoof wellbeing in our daily work and lives.

It also includes a number of questions to think about, to help you plan ongoing strategies to help encourage employees to flourish at the same time as supporting those experiencing problems.
