Practicing good wellbeing in the workplace is essential when creating a happy, healthy and productive workforce. This training from Mid and North East Essex Mind will cover mental health awareness and the hallmarks of good wellbeing in the workplace, giving practical advice and tools which can be implemented in your work environment.
On completing this training you will:
Be able to spot the signs that a staff member or colleague may be struggling with their mental health
Feel more confident in initiating a conversation with a colleague about their mental health and wellbeing
Have the tools in place to offer appropriate support.
