Wellbeing champion toolbox
A wellbeing champion is somebody who acts as a listening ear for colleagues, outside of the line management structure. This guide contains everything rail organisations need to set up a champion programme.
A guide from the Federation of Small Businesses, filled with ideas and options that small business owners and the self-employed can try if they’re looking to improve their own wellbeing and that of their employees.
It’s intended to help small business owners to look for ideas that are right for their business, themselves and their staff. As well as suggestions for where to start and tips and links for where to look next, there are all sorts of little extra things that you might not have thought of, covering topics from plants in the work environment to helping staff return to work after an illness; from loneliness to fitness groups.
It was produced with the help of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, FSB Care, FSB Legal AdviceLine, Mind, Public Health England and the UK Green Building Council.
