Time To Talk Day: resources for your event
Time To Talk Day is about getting everyone to have a conversation about mental health. Here's everything you need to take part.
The aim of Time To Talk Day is to get everyone having a conversation about mental health. Having conversations helps to break down stereotypes, improve relationships and take the stigma out of something that affects us all. And you don’t have to be an expert to talk.
Time To Talk Day 2020 is on Thursday 6th February, and this year they’re using the popular game “Would you rather…?” to help break the ice and get the conversation flowing.
This page has details and links to everything you need to take part, including complete resource and information packs for communities, workplaces, Time To Change Hubs, schools, sports clubs and Time To Change Champions. There are also free downloadable, printable materials including postcards, posters and tip cards.
Finally, you can search the events map to find out what’s going on near you on Time To Talk Day, and add your own event to the map so others can find it.
If you’re looking for ideas to challenge stigma around mental health and get people talking about it in your workplace, there are lots of ideas here that work at any time of the year.
