Time To Talk Day 2019 is about bringing together the right ingredients to have a conversation about mental health. Here's everything you need to take part.

The aim of Time To Talk Day is to get everyone having a conversation about mental health. Having conversations helps to break down stereotypes, improve relationships and take the stigma out of something that affects us all. And you don’t have to be an expert to talk.

Time To Talk Day 2019 is on Thursday 7th February, and it’s about bringing together the right ingredients to have a conversation about mental health. Time To Change has produced a wide range of materials to help you get conversations, plan activities and take part: from printable posters and postcards, to a full Workplace Conversation Pack for employers. You can also see a map of events going on across the country, and add yours to the map for others to find.

If you’re looking for ideas to challenge stigma around mental health and get people talking about it in your workplace, there are lots of ideas here that work at any time of the year.
