How to run anti-stigma activity
Whether you have a minute, an hour or longer, there's always something you can do to challenge stigma about mental health. This guide is full of quick and easy examples.
1 in 4 of us experience a mental health problem in any given year. It can happen to any of us – a friend, a family member, a workmate, a team mate. When it comes to mental health problems, having someone in your corner can make all the difference. It’s when we need others more than ever. And, there are simple, everyday things we can all do for others, like checking in with them, listening without judging, and simply being that good friend or colleague.

You can download and print these conversation postcards, fill in the details and give one to a colleague. It’s an easy way to start the conversation about mental health and could make a huge difference.
