This web page from the NHS outlines ten easy ways for you to reduce the amount of stress you experience. It includes tips on remaining positive, connecting with people, and getting active.
Supportive work relationships can help keep teams feeling positive, improve mental wellbeing, and allow you to manage with small problems before they become big ones. This guide from Our NHS People includes three webinars on the topic of supporting colleagues, designed to help leaders within the NHS understand the best ways to aid their staff through difficult times and avoid some easy mistakes.
