Taking down the walls around mental health in construction

Organisation: Randstad

As part of their ongoing focus on workforce and wellbeing issues, Randstad Construction, Property and Engineering has conducted a survey of 3,400 construction workers to pull together this report on mental health in the construction sector.

The report draws important conclusions about the mental health of construction workers, based on a large-scale survey. It looks at gender and age differences in mental health, and how stigma can perpetuate mental health issues. These findings are presented in a clear way that is easy to digest. At the end of the report, there are some implementable solutions that employers can take away, and a three-step strategy to put into place.
