Supporting colleagues to stay mentally healthy in unusual working conditions
Many people are finding themselves working remotely or in unusual situations due to the coronavirus outbreak. This quick factsheet has a variety of tips for how to support colleagues in that situation and look out for their mental health. It includes ideas about:
- regular communication;
- making sure employees know where they can find further information;
- I. T. support and guidance;
- expectations, boundaries and other pressures that people might be facing.
