Supporting colleagues to stay mentally healthy in unusual working conditions

PDF

Many people are finding themselves working remotely or in unusual situations due to the coronavirus outbreak. This quick factsheet has a variety of tips for how to support colleagues in that situation and look out for their mental health. It includes ideas about:

  • regular communication;
  • loneliness;
  • making sure employees know where they can find further information;
  • I. T. support and guidance;
  • expectations, boundaries and other pressures that people might be facing.

It also has a list of links to other sources of advice and information.

City Mental Health Alliance has provided us with the PDF document to display here on Mental Health at Work — but it was originally hosted on their own website here.
