Sometimes a quick video is a great way to get people talking about mental health. They lend themselves well to sharing on an intranet or by email, putting up on a screen in the break room, or using as part of a longer session.
Building Mental Health has collected together four videos, each between two and four minutes long, focusing on different subjects related to mental health in construction and engineering:
- A film introducing the Construction Industry Helpline appConstruction Industry Helpline app Sometimes the easiest way to get help is on your phone screen, especially if you're onsite. - A film from Joe Media, talking to workers from Lendlease about suicide and mental health.
