St Mungo’s workplace supporter scheme

St Mungo’s Workplace Supporter Scheme is a confidential, peer listening service that is available to all of their staff. Employees may contact Workplace Supporters for a range of reasons including work related stress, problems outside of work or if they witness or experience bullying and harassment.

St Mungo’s produced this PDF leaflet for their own staff, but they have allowed us to share it as an example of something that can be put in place to support staff.
