The guide explains why looking after workplace mental health is important, and makes it clear that it doesn’t need to be difficult to talk to colleagues about how they’re feeling. It also has one-page descriptions of many of the sources of support available to Thames Water employees: from internal resources, like mental health first aiders and their employee assistance programme, to encouraging people to talk to their GP or to Mind.
