As the coronavirus crisis continues, there are increasing pressures on care workers, the emergency services and all sorts of other key workers. It’s important more than ever to take care of your own wellbeing as you’re continuing to look after others.

Whatever you’re going through, Samaritans are there to listen – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Essential services staff who are working on the frontlines can call free on 116 123 to speak in confidence with a trained listening volunteer.
