Roots HR one hour free advice service

Roots HR provides HR and health and safety services to social sector organisations of any size, to either support existing
in-house expertise or capacity, or to provide this where it is not available. Any social sector can use this voucher for one hour of free consultancy, including the following services:

• Take advice and consider options and risks with regard to people management situations
• Discuss, check, review and/or update employment documentation such as contracts of employment, handbooks, policies and letters
• Discuss people management challenges at an individual, team or organisational level
• Check out proposed approaches to projects, initiatives and change, and consider options.

This voucher also gives important information about Roots HR’s social purpose and how their services helped a large number of organisations in the financial year 2017/2018.
