Remote working guide
Long periods of home working might make you feel less productive or affect your mental wellbeing. This guide explores ways to tackle these challenges.
As the coronavirus lockdown is lifted, many of us are returning to the workplace. However, lots of organisations are now thinking about how home working could be offered to staff going forwards, as a way of keeping staff safe and to prevent further waves of infection. Some organisations are allowing staff to stay at home for longer, until everyone feels comfortable and safe to return. If your role is affected by this, you might be feeling concerned about the impact this might have on your productivity and wellbeing.
