Randomised coffee trials
Randomised coffee trials are the simple idea of connecting pairs of people in an organisation at random, and giving them time to talk about anything they like. It’s a great way to encourage new ideas and collaborations and improve organisational culture – and is a free and easy way to make a difference to employee wellbeing.
