The coronavirus pandemic has changed how many of us work, with more people than ever working from home away from the rest of our teams.

As a line manager, it is more important than ever for you to keep in touch with both individuals and teams, and ensure they are coping with the changes and stresses of working remotely. The Charlie Waller Trust have compiled this short page of tips to help you protect your employees’ mental wellbeing, even when you aren’t seeing them in person very frequently.

It includes advice on modelling a work/life balance, communicating clearly with your staff, and setting reasonable expectations for them.

It is free, and ideal to be shared with anyone who manages another member of staff within your organisation. On their page, click the Download Resource button and your browser will download it straight away.
