Mental wellbeing discussions should be ‘business as usual’ in your organisation. This eLearning course, developed by the Bank Workers Charity and Mind, provides a framework for building a positive culture where staff feel comfortable opening the conversation.
Designed for managers, it will help you better understand mental health, equip you with the skills and knowledge to manage your own wellbeing, and recognise when a team member may be struggling with theirs. It also covers how to have open conversations to support your colleagues and break down taboos.
The course is made up of five modules, each one lasting 20 to 30 minutes, which can be completed at your own pace. It can be downloaded and installed on your own learning management system.
Working in a smaller organisation brings unique challenges and opportunities in supporting your own and colleagues' wellbeing. This short eLearning course can build your confidence in thinking and talking about mental health.
