It is a step-by-step guide on how employers can embed good practice around maintaining staff wellbeing in their teams. There is a wealth of information in this pack, whether you’re just starting out in improving the mental health of your employees or if you’ve already got some good procedures in place.
The blueprint pack contains the following information: the case for support, a toolkit for emergency services, a report on pilot mental health networks and a presentation on getting senior buy-in that you can use. There is also information for search and rescue (SAR) services.
