Coronavirus and your wellbeing
This short guide from Mind explores some of the worries and difficulties you might experience due to the coronavirus pandemic, and some ways to ensure your mental health is protected.
Frontline health workers are working in extremely difficult conditions due to the COVID-19 crisis. It’s understandable that you might be feeling stressed, drained, or anxious about your work, and that may be affecting your personal life too.
The Oxford Mindfulness Centre are hosting a series of Zoom meetings designed to help front line health workers to take care of their mental health during this difficult time. The three sessions, which are held on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 7:45pm BST, are led by professionals with experience of teaching mindfulness skills to NHS staff.
Each session will be held by Zoom Video Conferencing, which is free to use and there is no need to register in advance. A series will be starting on the 21st of May 2020.
