Mental health: Thames Water’s approach

Thames Water has produced this video to make the case for why looking after employee mental health is critical for them, and to introduce staff to some of the things they are doing to help. It features real employees talking about their lives, footage of staff attending mental health training, and senior staff discussing why mental health is important to them.

The film is designed to introduce the issue internally, to employees—but it’s also a useful example for other organisations of the approach, principles and communication style that they have adopted.
