Support from peers is a powerful asset when building a culture of wellbeing. Help your colleagues to look out for one another with an eLearning course from Mind.

Support from peers is a powerful asset when building a culture of wellbeing. This eLearning course from Mind provides an introduction to mental wellbeing and highlights common mental health problems. Employees will learn how to look after their own wellbeing and spot when their colleagues might need support too.

This is an introductory eLearning course suitable for all employees, and it lasts approximately 45 minutes. It can be used as part of an induction programme or activities focused on better mental health in the workplace.

Mind suggests it is used somewhere quiet as it contains some audio and video elements, and interactive elements for you to engage with. The eLearning contains audio, video and interactive elements throughout, and can be hosted on your own learning management system or accessed via Mind’s LMS.
