This web page from the NHS outlines ten easy ways for you to reduce the amount of stress you experience. It includes tips on remaining positive, connecting with people, and getting active.
As a leader, you need to be able to understand what kinds of pressure your teams are under, and be able to offer ways to help them manage when times get tough. However, it’s also important to remember your own mental wellbeing is important. This web page was written by Our NHS People to help leaders within the NHS to monitor and lower the stress levels of their teams and themselves.
