This PDF is part of a mental health and wellbeing programme in Unilever. Its aim is to increase your awareness of employee emotional health and how to prevent stress in the workplace. It will also help you feel more confident about recognising and supporting people with poor emotional wellbeing.
It is made up of six modules, with each one covering key facts and practical advice you can apply to the workplace.
While it was created for line managers within Unilever, it can also be used by those in other organisations as an example of what might work for you, or as a starting place for your own training.
