Before you have meaningful conversations about LGBTQI+ issues in your workplace, it’s a good idea to be armed with the facts. This report from Stonewall, an LGBT+ charity, asked more than 5,000 LGBT people across England, Scotland and Wales about their life in Britain today.
This survey discusses abuse and harassment some LGBTQI+ people have faced at work, the barriers the respondents identified preventing them from being themselves at work, and advice and recommendations for employers.
This PDF is ideal for anyone wishing to start conversations about the mental wellbeing of LGBTQI+ staff members, but may be especially useful for those working in HR, or senior managers wishing to make changes across their whole organisation.
