Mental Health at Work has partnered with Simply Business to support the UK’s self-employed with their mental health and wellbeing. Together we surveyed more than 700 small business owners to understand their challenges. Now we want to start a conversation and break the stigma surrounding mental health at work.
Sometimes, little changes in your behaviour, thoughts, lifestyle or focus can make a big difference to your wellbeing. These pages from Mind have a range of suggestions, ranging from social activities, to physical health, to relaxation techniques.
These pages are a section from Mind’s introduction to mental health problems. But they aren’t only for mental health problems – they are useful ways for anybody to take care of themselves, especially if life is stressful or intense for any reason.
