Emotional resilience is your ability to manage your stress levels though periods of change and uncertainty. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have been living and working in rapidly changing ways, so having strong emotional resilience is very important.

This training session from the Hummingbird Project is designed to help your staff to focus on their emotional wellbeing, encouraging the group to identify their own barriers and difficulties and thinking of solutions that work for them as individuals.

As a result of completing this program, it is hoped you will have:

  • a greater understanding of signs and symptoms of poor emotional wellbeing and the impact of mental health,
  • skills and coping techniques to build your own emotional resilience during the pandemic and into the ‘new normal’,
  • individual support action plans that are created with an understanding of the challenges experienced by each participant, and
  • a reduction of stigma regarding mental health and increased confidence in accessing support

It takes the format of a 90-minute Zoom call hosted by two facilitators. It costs £25 per person with a minimum group size of five – however, if you require training for a smaller group of people you can contact the Hummingbird Project directly to discuss your needs.
