Business in the Community (BITC) have created a webinar which explores the impact of bereavement on employees, and explains what organisations can do to help. It features four panelists – Louise Aston, Wellbeing Director at the BITC, Neil Greenberg, Professor of Defence Mental Health at King’s College London, Isabell Haighm Head of Plant Operations at the National Grid, and Anna Perchas, Partner and Head of People at KPMG.
They discuss their personal experiences of death, starting difficult conversations, and managing with kindness and compassion, over the course of a one-hour video.
