Police Care UK is the charity for serving and veteran police officers and staff, volunteers and their families who have suffered any physical or psychological harm as a result of policing. They offer practical, emotional and financial support.
The COVID-19 crisis is adding pressure to almost every job. While the police force may still be working normally, you might be feeling anxious about the illness, worried about your ability to social distance, or have concerns about new types of PPE you are using.
Police Care UK helps serving and former police officers and staff, volunteers, and their families, get the practical, emotional, and financial support you might be needing to cope with the coronavirus pandemic. This web page lists the different kind of support available.

- Confidential counselling
- Advice and guidance for dealing with the pandemic
- Various grants for education, specialist equipment, for financial assistance
- Veterans’ peer support
